Returns Policy

Sense42 accepts returns of unopened items within 14 days for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within four weeks.

Shipping

Sense42 ships to the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Spain, Denmark, and Sweden. Shipping costs are as follows:

Free standard (48-hour tracked) Royal Mail delivery for orders over £50.

For orders under £50, a £2.99 shipping fee applies for standard delivery.

Expedited (24-hour tracked) Royal Mail delivery is available for £5.99.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, with weights rounded up to the next full pound.
