Calcium Caseinate (MILK) 58% [Calcium Caseinate (MILK), Emulsifier: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids], Instant Whey Protein (MILK) 24% [Whey Protein Concentrate (MILK), Emulsifier: Lecithins (SOY)], Whole MILK Powder, Flavourings, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Gelling Agent (Carrageenan), Quark Powder (MILK), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.
Directions
In a shaker, mix 1 serving (40 g - 1 scoop) of Protein Pudding powder with 250 ml of water and shake vigorously until thick. Then pour into a bowl and consume after a meal or between meals. The cooled pudding is even better! Store the whipped portion in the fridge and eat it within a day.
